Texas Pete and Tara Red: Consent and Negotiations

TexasPete and TaraRed understand that sometimes the most essential workshops can seem less exciting and may not attract as many participants. That’s why they’ve come up with this engaging and valuable workshop which cover what some may refer to as basics and others as indispensable.

Whether you're brand new or been exploring for a while everybody needs to discuss their play intentions with clear communication and taking on responsibility for a consensual and safe play scene. Starting with understanding consent, then the very basic negotiation, safewords, limits, wants and needs etc, the differences between implied expressed and informed consent, identifying red and green flags, then informing and educating yourself to be a more risk aware player whether top or bottom.

There will also be tips for general social and communication skills for events and munches to approach people new to you, join in conversations, overcoming difficulties and hopefully make new friends. Plus tips for the more confident chatterers to spot and include the shy ones.

Miss Tara Red she/her

With almost 30 years on the scene and an extensive 17 years experience as a professional switch and domme specialising in corporal punishment and discipline, Tara enjoys teaching and sharing her wealth of knowledge, gained from years of attending workshops, research and playing with many highly experienced players.

Tara also runs her own workshops with varying presenters, demos at her own events, runs parties and munches, teaches at The BBB and Kinkfest, and is passionate about education and safety.

Her main interests are impact play, spanking, flogging, caning (former winner of the Night of The Cane Golden Cane award), waxplay and fireplay, adjusting to the play partner and connection.

Texaspete he/him

A UK based munch-loving kinkster who enjoys meeting new people and the social side of kink having attended a few hundred munches over several years, in addition he has attended a number of kink workshops, conferences and events. He runs both in person and online munches alongside his passions of travelling, learning new things, helping people and food! Texaspete is a D-type kinkster who takes pleasure in taking control, power exchange and D/s dynamics as well as eliciting reactions of others which link in well with his varied kink interests, including hypnosis, impact play, wax and restraints amongst many others.

Will Hunt and RedRidingBrat: How to build your own sexbot

Training, personas and behavioural modifications.

Join us for a slightly tongue in cheek look at how we can combine a range of mind play techniques with tools of D/s imprinting to help build a play persona that our partners can fully submerge themselves in.

We shall explore how we can embed and trigger patterns of behaviour and give our partners the permission they need to fully let go to become what we want them to be.

Don’t expect a swinging pocket watch and someone making chicken noises or an NLP 101 class, rather look forward to a deep dive into how we can use a range of kink tools to help communicate desire, program our partners and give them the permission to surrender totally to our desires.

RedRidingBrat is a Nottingham based switchy human and loves nothing more than to teach and perform for others. She has a passion for ropes alongside some of the more extreme sides of kink.

Together they speak on a range of kink topics and their workshops are regular sell outs.

Join Sploshmuffin for her Sploshing 101 workshop where she will share with you all her tips and tricks on ways you can get wet & messy, what sploshing/WAM is and much much more.

She will be discussing other kinks that can be incorporated into Sploshing and opening up to your partner about Sploshing and how to possibly get them involved. Finally but most importantly we will be looking at how to Splosh safely and consensually. MisterB: Wax 101

A workshop on wax play! More specifically, not just about lighting a candle and letting it drip everywhere, but deeper information on safety, types of wax, candles and chemicals, making your own candles for wax play, dyes, moulds, and will be demonstrating making a couple of DIY candles during the workshop itself. Then for everyone wondering what it's like, a chance to try dripping some wax on yourself! A great little taster to help plan for a full wax play experience at home, or visiting the BBB where you can stock up on supplies and even try the amazing wax lounge they have there.

MisterB comes from Leicester where he runs the Leicester TAMED group, and has taught workshops and held jams around rope, play fighting, pressure points, impact, wax, kink and more. Overly addicted to all things ultra violet, and flashy lights. Loves teaching and sharing knowledge, and all round having fun!

Echo Wood:The Big World of Littles

The big world of littles workshop is aimed at those who want to dip their toes or peek behind the curtain into the world that is littles! I aim to cover a variety of topics and answer any and all questions people may have. Whether you're a new little or caregiver or just someone who wants to learn more, there's something for everyone. We will cover the basics of what being a little or caregiver means, all the gear and terminology, local littles events and the differance between nonsexual little space and dark ageplay!

Hi im Echo!! I use they them pronouns and my primary role is a little! I'm based in Birmingham and run my own littles event, the littles retreat! I also crew at many other events and host both the BBB littles munch and the littles corner at the BBB afterparty! I started this workshop as a way of educating and destigmatising the littles community. It can be intimidating and scary stepping into little spaces but I aim to show people just how welcoming and accepting we are as a community. We've come a long way in terms of acceptance but we still have a long way to go, i hope that you'll join me and learn something new!

Master DK Leather and the UK KRueL Leather Family have been familiar fixtures within the UK BDSM Communities and events since the nineties, giving workshops, demos and performances since then. Most familiar for their hardcore workshops, occasional madcap fun (the Annual Whip-Boxing Championships at the BBB for example) and for the family bootblacks (IMBB LeatherHiraeth and EBB Jak), they will be joining us for their own special brand of sharing the wealth.

DK is also a renowned psychotherapist, a well known trans man, and a respected shamanic practitioner.

Lady Selena: Caning

Lady Selena will be sharing an informative guide on canes and caning. What and what not to do and use. She will give ideas of how each cane can feel when used, along with cleaning and care of your canes, and tips and tricks on how to practice your technique.

This work shop will primarily be a space to discuss the concept of feminism and kink, with particular emphasis on D/s relationships. Belle will give a quick overview of some history of kink and feminism, but largely invite people to share their experiences, questions and views in a safe space.

We will look at some of the myths and misconceptions of feminism with relevance to BDSM.

Texaspete – kinkster been hypnosis for 5 years, started in a workshop in 2019, then covid hit, so was able to join all the big US hypno conferences that went online and also do lot of speed hypnosis as well as offering services at hypno cafes and used to host online hypno munches on the main UK and Ireland hypno server and the Birmingham Hypno munch in the summer months in more recent years. First exposed to it in 2015, didn’t understand it, but then working in sales and marketing, had a company give a presentation about shortcuts your mind takes and went ahhhh…

GG has been on the scene for 10 years, loving socialising at munches in Nottingham and Birmingham. She has a penchant for masosadism and gleefully fun games within play scenes whether that be in impact, rope, or mind play.
